International Orders :
International orders are shipped via FedEx. FedEx typically takes 2-5 days to reach customers depending on which part of the world you're from. All shipments by FedEx are packed and shipped within 48 hours upon order confirmation (excluding weekends).
Should there be any delays, customers will be notified via email within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot change the details so please make sure we have all we need when you place your order.

Upon checking out of PayPal, customers will be brought back to the Clear Shoe Boxes website to complete a 'shipping details' form. You will be given an option to have FedEx deliver your order with or without someone signing for the package during delivery.
If you would like FedEx to leave the package at your door without a signature, please select 'FedEx may leave package at my address without a signature'.

Local Orders:

We charge a flat shipping of USD 5.00 (regardless of number of packs ordered) for delivery via local courier within Singapore.

Each pack of 10 shoe boxes weigh 1.8kg so local courier is recommended.
We discourage self-collection since our warehouse is at a different location.
